Rachel Chen

Rachel is a real estate advisor and seasoned real estate investor in the Charlotte metro area (both Residential and Commercial). She is licensed in both NC and SC and fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English. She firmly believes that financial literacy and real estate ownership are the crucial steps toward one's financial freedom, therefore, she strikes to help real estate buyers and sellers make informed decisions with confidence and clarity. As a former CPA who worked in the commercial real estate industry from the financial and analytical side, She enjoys helping her real estate clients make sound financial/investment decisions by utilizing her analytical skills and financial knowledge. Rachel is passionate about promoting sustainable real estate ownership among the AAPI community in the Charlotte Metro area and is the founding president of AREAA's Charlotte Metro Chapter, the first and currently the only AREAA Chapter in NC and SC. She serves on several committees of the Canopy Realtor Association and is a proud graduate of Charlotte Leadership Civic Academy. She is an active volunteer of Junior Achievement. Yoga and traveling are some of her other passions.
