Kiran Patel is CCIM (Certified Commercial Institute Member) and founder of KiranBroker consulting firm. He is working actively as Real Estate consultant/broker/investor/Developer for hotel/motel, Multifamily, Site selection, Land, since 2006. He is also active in EB5 projects getting foreign investment into federally approved projects.
During his past corporate work experience, he has actively helped banking institution reduce their expenses and increase their revenue using his expertise in Six Sigma Green belt methodology.

He has provided consulting service to his investors for $125,000,000 plus worth of Real Estate portfolio as Consultant/Broker/Developer with positive cash flow on their assets which comprise of Multifamily, Hotel, Motel, Gas station, Shopping center, Land etc in North/South Carolina.
