Doug Sutherland has lived in the Charlotte/ Lake Norman area for nearly 30 years, and loves it. "I love the people, the climate, the communities, and their history. How many people do I know who came here to visit family or friends, and ended up settling here? Charlotte and the area surrounding it are a real melting pot for people from all over. Those of you who are already here will know what I'm talking about, and I think those who are relocating will see what I mean."
Doug is primarily engaged in commercial real estate sales and leasing, but also has a background in residential real estate sales. He is a member of the Charlotte Region Commercial Board of Realtors. He also has an MBA degree in Finance, with an emphasis in Real Estate.

He is a strong advocate of platelet and whole blood donation through the Red Cross.
