Christine Chau is the owner and broker of Texas Urban Realty, LLC and Texas Urban Property Management, LLC, where she specializes in residential and commercial sales and leasing, real estate investments, and property management. Christine has a passion for helping people achieve their personal and investment real estate goals, as well as an extensive, hand-selected network to ensure all of her clients – whether first-time homebuyers or investors with dozens of properties – have a successful experience.Christine is a director for the Austin Board of Realtors®, is past president of the Austin chapter of the Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA), and serves as AREAA’s Midwest Regional Representative. Christine is a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) and a member of The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing and the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM®). She also holds a mortgage license, enabling her to provide her clients a full-service experience. Christine’s real estate expertise includes new home sales, commercial leasing contracts, multi-family investments, restaurant business brokerage, and more. She frequently shares her professional knowledge at industry events. ​A Texas native, Christine attended the University of Texas at Austin and lives in central Austin with her husband, son, and daughter.
